Hydrogen is essential for achieving a sustainable, more independent, reliable, and affordable energy supply. It is a system fuel. This means that you need to organize production, storage, distribution, transport, and the user in order to establish a complete hydrogen chain.

So, you are building an entirely new infrastructure. To be able to do this—or to coordinate it—you will need to thoroughly understand the technology behind that infrastructure.

• For process heat in the manufacturing industry.
• As fuel for vehicles, machinery, and shipping.
• For energy storage to maintain the entire energy supply.

Hydrogen technology therefore generates a lot of interest.  For people who want to turn this interest into concrete knowledge, we offer the hydrogen course. 

The majority of the more than 500 people who have already participated have a technical and/or economic background. We work with course material at higher professional education (HBO) level, so it is necessary that you work and think at this level. 

Participants we have trained work at, among others, engineering firms, project developers, installation companies, contractors, manufacturing companies, environmental agencies, municipalities, and grid operators. 

In five course days, we will guide you through the entire hydrogen chain. From production to application. 

You will learn which techniques, components, and safety measures are essential. In addition, we will cover the most important laws and regulations. Market developments will also be discussed.

After completing the course, you will have a solid understanding of hydrogen technology and comprehend the role of hydrogen in our energy system. Upon successful completion of the assessment day (day 5), you will receive a certificate demonstrating that you are a fully qualified sparring partner in the field of hydrogen.

With this foundation, you have — if you wish — the opportunity to further develop yourself into a hydrogen expert for your company, other businesses, governments, or utility companies.
